The Bourne Ultimatum

So last night I went and saw the new Jason Bourne movie. It was really good, though the filming techniques made me feel a little sick at times. The way it was filmed was supposed to portray it like we were actually there, but there were times when I just wish the camera would hold still. But other than that, the movie was really good. It had all the cool fight scenes and car chase scenes that we have come to expect from the Bourne movies. Overall though I really liked it (though it is totally different than the books, I mean totally different story line altogether).

 

Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix

So I went on Wednesday night to see the new Harry Potter movie. I was very pleased with the way it turned out. I must admit though, that I went in expecting it to be like the 3rd and 4th movies, but it was much better. Yes, they had to take some of the book out of the movie but they did a lot better of a job than the previous two. They were able to tell the story and all the major points even though they changed it a little bit, but that I guess is the “artistic license”. But overall they made a good book into a good movie.

 

So last night I went with a couple of friends to go see the new Die Hard movie. I wasn’t sure what I expected, but I can tell you it was much better than my expectations. It was actioned packed, and funny, but it was also considerably clean for this type of movie. The movie did have a good story line, that included the new age of terrorism using computers. It was a very good action movie and I would definitely go and see it. I would give this movie a 4 1/2 stars out of 5…..Ok just kidding I don’t do the stars thing.
