Yes!! I got the position at Northglenn Ambulance. I start training in about 2 weeks. I am so excited.

I can finally relax, because I don’t have to worry about my grades anymore–they came in! I was very happy to see that I did well in all my classes, and to my surprise got higher grades than I was expecting in some of them (I love it when that happens!).

Another reason I love college–a month off for Christmas break. Fortunately school will not start again until the 22 of January.

SanFran1So I am back from California. I got to see the cousins and hang out with them and we all had a really good time. We got to do all the tourist things like the Golden Gate Bridge, the Giant Redwoods, Alcatraz Prison, Ghirardelli Chocolate, Lombard St., and of course the Cable Cars. But one thing that I didn’t expect was it was really cold most of the time while we were in San Francisco. We all had a really good time though, and got some good pictures. I have some posted in this blog, but make sure to check out my new page of “I’ve Been There” pictures.

So today was my first day at LUH. Unfortunately Day Surgery was not that busy today, but fortunately that allowed me to scrub in for a Cath Lab Procedure (which was awesome!). Then I got to see an Trans-Esophageal Echo (TEE). So I will keep everyone updated. ttyl
