Difficult Questions = No More Interviews

In a recent article I read, Biden seems unable to answer any kind of difficult or critical question, and when they are posed to him he responds by cancelling all other interviews with the questioner:

Barack Obama’s campaign killed all interviews with a Florida TV station after Sen. Joe Biden, the Democratic vice presidential nominee, faced tough and critical questions from a reporter at the Orlando station, the Orlando Sentinel reported .

During a satellite video Thursday, WFTV’s Barbara West quoted Karl Marx and asked Biden how Obama’s comment to “Joe the Plumber,” about spreading the wealth wasn’t being Marxist.

“Are you joking?,” Biden asked

Later in the interview West questioned Biden about his comments that if Obama wins the election next month, he would be tested early on as president and wanted to know if Biden was implying America was no longer the world’s leading power.

“I don’t know who’s writing your questions,” Biden asked her.

The Obama camp then killed a WFTV interview with Biden’s wife Jill, according to an Orlando Sentinel blog.

“This cancellation is non-negotiable, and further opportunities for your station to interview with this campaign are unlikely, at best for the duration of the remaining days until the election,” wrote Laura K. McGinnis, Central Florida communications director for the Obama campaign, according to the Sentinel.

I guess this is the kind of response we can expect from our exucutive branch if Obama/Biden are elected–run away from difficult questions and hide from the people asking the “difficult” questions

 

Communism: Here We Come!!

Remember one of the main ideas of communism: Take from the wealthy give to the poor–Oh wait that’s Robin Hood!  That’s right my mistake: give everything you have and give it to the government, then they’ll give everybody a little bit back, while they spend the rest the way they see fit–that’s communism.  

And it looks like Joe Biden thinks we should give it a shot again.  Biden said on Good Morning America: “We want to take money and put it back in the pocket of middle-class people.”  I’m all for getting more money, but this sounds like stealing.  Since when, constitutionally, can the government say: “Your making too much, so we are going to tax you more and give it to the middle class.”  Even if the middle class actually ever saw that money, which they won’t if Democrats are in office, its stealing!!  We would be punishing the wealthy because they were living the American dream and were successful.  

It’s really childish actually–“Mommy!! He has more cookies than I do!!  I want them!!” And Biden said regarding America’s wealthy (>$250,000): “It’s time to be patriotic … time to jump in, time to be part of the deal, time to help get America out of the rut.”  I’m sorry since when are they responsible for bailing the government out of ruts that the government got themselves into!?!  The whole thing smells rotten, and I don’t like it.
